1. The service

Capro Card provides digital business cards, NFC products, lead capture, and related team tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the content you publish on your card. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Capro Card to impersonate others, publish unlawful content, send spam, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Physical NFC cards and event badges are one-time purchases and ship from the UAE; refunds are handled case by case.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

6. Liability

Capro Card is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
